Merrill Dean
Mr. Dean has broad worldwide business experience as a key executive at companies such as: The Walt Disney Company, where he served as President of the Music Division and Global Publishing; Televisa International Marketing Group Inc. as the President and CEO; and most recently, dMarc Broadcasting Inc. (purchased by Google Inc. in January 2006 for a value of approximately $1.2 Billion), as President/International.
Vaughan Emery
Mr. Emery is the founder and CEO. He works closely with technology partners to deliver the company’s mobile solutions to its customers. Throughout his career, he has developed key business relationships with mobile operators, phone manufacturers and technology partners within the US, Asia and Europe. Previously, he founded a mobile security technology company, which developed an advanced malware security solution for mobile phones and embedded devices.
Eric Kolstad
Mr. Kolstad works closely with select growth-stage companies, and is currently the Managing Director of an import/export company with headquarters in the US and China. He has been an active angel and institutional investor for the past 10 years, and has been responsible for securing seed capital for numerous high tech companies including dMarc Broadcasting (purchased by Google Inc. in January 2006); 2Can Media, which merged with AdSmart Inc., a CMGI company in March of 1999, Adforce Inc. IPO 1999.
Christopher (CJ) Oates
Mr. Oates is the Managing Director of RimLight, LLC, a privately held investment fund with specialized expertise across a variety of investment strategies. He serves as the Chairman of O2K Worldwide Management Group and a Director and a Board Member for a variety of companies in the media, mobile and energy sectors. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the John G. Shedd Aquarium and serves on the advisory board of the Rand Corporation's Center for Middle East public policy.
Mr. Stojkovich is a Principal with the Matthew Pritzker Company and has more than 20 years of experience in private equity investing and capital markets. Prior to joining the Matthew Pritzker Company, he was a Partner at William Blair Capital Partners. Before joining William Blair Capital Partners, he was a Principal with PRTM, a high-tech management consulting firm where he worked with companies across the technology industry to improve technology strategy, product development, strategic marketing and operational capabilities.
Mio Stojkovich
Mr. Strickland has nearly 30 years of business and technology experience as well as extensive operational expertise in the wireless and communications industry. He is the Executive Vice President and CTO for Leap Wireless where he is responsible for all technology and network operations. He was previously Senior Vice President and CIO at T-Mobile USA, the U.S. wireless operation of Deutsche Telekom AG. Mr. Strickland has held senior management roles at EchoStar Communications, Silas Technologies, Xperts and Landmark Communications.
Rob Strickland
Mr. Wisehart has more than 30 years of experience in finance and operations, with more than 15 years in the telecommunications industry. He most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of aQuantive, Inc., a global digital marketing services company, which was acquired by Microsoft in July 2007. Prior to aQuantive, he served as CFO of Western Wireless Corporation, a cellular phone service provider, acquired by Alltel in August 2005. Mr. Wisehart also served as the CFO of iNNERHOST, Inc., a Web hosting services company.
